Or perhaps the ERRNO_H wasn't defined when the compilation took place.

I think the problem is with the error:
Definition introuvable pour le symbole
Roughly translated it says
Untraceable Definition for the symbol ERRNO.

Perhaps the binding to QC2LE didn't take place? 
Just a shot in the dark.
