   Scott,



       I've downloaded the beta version from the link provided and it
   appears the length is not changing?  I ran the code through debug and
   didn't see any changes but perhaps I'm not looking in the proper
   place.  The first API call is for http_setCCSIDs(1208: 0) ; which I
   think is passed the proper values for utf-8 encoding.
