FTP SSL Support

   Previously Craig Strong wrote a message stating he had successfully
   added the FTPS option into the FTPAPI.  I noticed this was April of
   2006.  I was curious if that would be rolled out in a version of
   FTPAPI anytime soon?  If not, I was wondering if Craig could possible
   consider letting me see what he did to make this happen.
