RE: Config_H file change



Thanks Scott, I didn't follow it through the rest of the installation
procedures.
I only noticed it because I make a couple of changes to the config_h
file for my system & check it in detail every time there is a new
release.

This is sey by the install program, depending on whether you say you
want 
SSL support or not...
