HTTPAPI is returning an error message

Hi

 

I tried one of your example 15 program from the AS/400 command line and it throws me an saying

"Timeout occurred while trying to connect to server! "

I have increase the TIME wait to 100 seconds, but still the problem persist.

I tried with ping      www.scottklement.com,   it gives me an error message No response from the host.

I am helpless now.  Could you please provide me step by step instruction to understand the problem and overcome the same.
