In response to problems reported by George Kolbe, I've created new copies of HTTPAPI for the web site. It's intended to fix the following problems:

a) XML installer was missing a member b) There were translation problems with the XML parser, hopefully these are fixed. c) The ZIP installation method was really awkward, so I tried to simplify it by writing a DOS batch file, included in the .ZIP download.
