compiling httpapi 1.12 errors

Sender: "ian" <ian@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx>

Please accept my applogies if this message has come through twice.
My ISP advised me that the previous messages were not sent.

Further to my last e-mail, I have tried the command below that I used for
rel 1.10, and it still gives the same errors.
CRTSRVPGM SRVPGM(LIBHTTP/HTTPAPIR4) SRCFILE(LIBHTTP/QSRVSRC)
SRCMBR(HTTPAPI2) BNDSRVPGM(SOCKUTILR4) BNDDIR(QC2LE)

Subject: compiling httpapi 1.12 errors

I have just downloaded latest 1.12 release of httpapi, and can not create
the service program.

The following errors occur:
CRTSRVPGM SRVPGM(LIBHTTP/HTTPAPIR4) SRCFILE(LIBHTTP/QSRVSRC) BNDSRVPGM(
SOCKUTILR4) BNDDIR(QC2LE)
Definition not found for symbol 'BASE64_ENCODE'.
Definition not found for symbol 'DEBUG_CLOSE'.
Definition not found for symbol 'DEBUG_MSG'.
Definition not found for symbol 'DEBUG_SETPROC'
Definition not found for symbol 'FILE_CCSID'.
Definition not found for symbol 'HTTP_ERROR'.
Definition not found for symbol 'HTTP_XLATE'.
Definition not found for symbol 'HTTP_XLATEP'.
Definition not found for symbol 'HTTPDATE'.
Definition not found for symbol 'MD5'.
Definition not found for symbol 'SETERROR'.
Definition not found for symbol 'COMMTCP_NEW'.
Definition not found for symbol 'COMMSSL_NEW'.
Service program HTTPAPIR4 not created.

What steps have I missed ?
I ran the install program without problems, I excluded any references to
EXPAT

Ian Patterson
