HTTPAPI version 1.11 released

Hello everyone,

Since it has been 3 weeks since the last beta, and I haven't heard any 
complaints, I've decided to go ahead with the release of version 1.11

This version is now available on the Web site at the following URL:
   http://www.scottklement.com/httpapi/

Features include:

  a) Many bug fixes.
  b) SSL is now easier to set up.
  c) Improved SSL debugging info is written to httpapi_debug.txt
  d) Expat now uses version 1.95.8
  e) Character translation has been improved, and can be changed
         at runtime.
  f) Timeout value for the "100 Continue" responses can now be
         changed at runtime.
