Re: FTP API and SSL



No, the someone did not.
The client skipped the requirement so we did not attemp.
In an other implementations however we are getting the same kind of discussion again.
Seems to stay an hot item for auditters when FTP is used to pass the border between the DMZ and the private network (although these links are normally very controlled and restricted).
or they are just worried about all datatraffic in the clear.

FTPAPI does not support SSL at this point.

Someone mentioned that he'd like to add SSL support, and was going to try
to figure out how, but I don't know if he ever did anything?
