Brian,

Could you please download the version of FTPAPI from one of the following 
links, and try using that instead of the one you have now?  Let me know if 
it solves the problem.

SAVF version:
  http://www.scottklement.com/ftpapi/2.1-beta1/ftpapi.savf

XML installer:
  http://www.scottklement.com/ftpapi/2.1-beta1/ftpapi.xml

Please remember that if you use the XML version, you need to right-click 
it and choose "save as" so that it doesn't attempt to open it in your 
browser.
