I have never actually ran HTTPAPIR4 with debug off :-).
This was more of a wish list than a problem, as you were "inside" the system
making other significant changes.
In other words it would be useful for us to be able to turn debug on/off at
a Customers' site by simply changing an input parameter within our programs
(and hence within the API) rather than issuing a recompiled API and calling
RPG.

No, it's still enabled/disabled in CONFIG_H. (Though, it wouldn't be too
hard to change that) I don't remember anymore if I tested HTTPAPIR4 with
debug disabled -- it's possible that it doesn't work...
Have you had problems?
