RE: Httpapi - socket timeout

Couple of thoughts...
Since the remote side is doing the reset, I wonder if it's creating a
new receive socket for each connection? Is it exceeding the listen()
parameter?
Also, is it a memory thing? Is the remote side getting its receive
buffer filled and that's causing the hiccup?
