RE: HTTPAPI 1.9 pre3

With the newest version installed I set the version so SSL2 and things work 
much better (I did have to turn off V3 and TLSV1.)

I was also missing an intermediate certificate from Verisign that was 
required.

Now onto the next problem (but I will send another message with a new 
subject)!  :)  Thanks for eveyone's help on this one.
