Sorry!  I obviously wasn't paying attention.  Try this:
view-source:http://www.scottklement.com/httpapi/beta/httpapi.xml

I used wget to download the xml file, but the view-source worked for me in
MSIE 5.5 and Netscape 7.1 on Windows 2000.
