I am using the http_url_post api very similar to the example2 rpg source and
it is not sending
all of the data properly to my .Net Windows XML service.
When making the same post request from a visual Basic application,
The Web service receives 357 bytes which is indicated in the WEB log record
below.

HTTP/1.1 172.21.10.17
When using the http_url_post api, the server receives 342 bytesas indicated
in the following
log record.
18:16:07 172.21.63.254 - W3SVC1 CARRIERE-XP 172.21.10.17 80 POST 1337 342 20
HTTP/1.1 172.21.10.17
Note the 15 character difference. Also note below in the rpg source, that
the XML Operation name FleetSuite.asmx
is 15 characters. Could it be that the http_url_post is not constructing
the Operation name FleetSuite.asmx
as part of the URL? How can I debug the http_url_post api?
