Can I use HTTPAPI to build/display a web page?

Our web server uses Net.Data to do almost everything, from SQL to formatting 
and displaying the web pages.  As you know, Net.Data can call back-end 
programs.

The example programs show how to send commands (via URL) to a remote web 
server. Can I use HTTPAPI to display a web page?
