Version 1.8 of HTTPAPI

It appears that all of the "downloads are truncated" problems in HTTPAPI
have been solved, so I've updated the version of HTTPAPI on my site to
version 1.8.

This new version is primarily bug fixes -- but they are significant, so I
encourage everyone to use the new version.
