Timeout on FTPAPI?

I have had multiple problems where the timeout value is not working when
doing and FTP_List, and now, more recently, during an Ftp_Get.

I don't set the timout value in the statements, I was OK with the
default.

Is there anything else I need to do?

I'm on V4R3, no SSL or anything.

The job works fine most of the time.
